The right people will have:

  • ability to work in a friendly team environment
  • Must have 2-3 years experience operating a manual silk screen printing press
  • Must have done setups of single and multi-color jobs
  • Must be able to see errors or omissions on screens prior to starting the job.
  • Able to spot check production for quality control before and throughout the job run
  • Comfortable working on computers for job info (we are moving towards a paperless office)
  • Reports to the Print Manager
  • Responsible for cutting and trimming embroidered goods and packing decorated garments
  • Verify names and numbers are correct on items when personalization is requested
  • Notify team when shortages result and perform general quality control checks
  • Separate, count and bag garments ordered as part of online stores
  • When orders are completed, generate packing slips
  • Generate shipping labels or delivery slips
  • Light clerical duties
  • Experience with Excel and Word required.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, have meticulous attention to detail, great organizational and prioritizing skills, ability to communicate and work with a team as well as independently. Should be physically fit, able to use large and small scissors for extended periods of time and able to stand for most of the shift. Light lifting required.
